Brian Kelly
Graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor of science degree. He later attended Fordham Law School where he received the archibald murray public service award and won the 1997 Fordham Law School mock trial competition. Upon graduating law school Mr. Kelly was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney for Bronx County. During his years in the Bronx County District attorney’s office, he successfully prosecuted numerous criminal cases. After leaving the office he became employed as an associate at the law firm of Martin, Clearwater & Bell. While there he worked as defense counsel on behalf of the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation, concentrating on medical malpractice litigation. Furthering his expertise in the area of personal injury litigation Brian took a position at Bivona & Cohen, LLP. As a trial attorney where he litigated numerous cases involving various types of personal injury. Subsequent to Bivona & Cohen he started his own law office specializing in personal injury litigation and real estate transactions. Today Mr. Kelly is a senior associate at Schwartz Goldstone & Campisi, LLP, where he is responsible for the trial of major personal injury cases.
